Key takeaways
- Three core configurations share one 10.95-inch FHD platform: 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB, all Wi-Fi only.
- Two OEM options are published for the tablet itself: a customer logo laser-engraved on the metal housing, and a gift box printed to your design. The cover or case included with each configuration is a third decision, covered in the table below.
- The Android version, usable storage, branding method, minimum order quantity, Incoterm and the certificates available for your destination are confirmed in the quotation. No certification is claimed on this page.
- A physical sample is approved before production, and inspection steps are agreed before shipment.
Who is an OEM or white-label Android tablet project for?
It suits brands, importers, education suppliers and retailers that want a tablet under their own name without designing hardware: a proven platform, your branding, your packaging. If you need a different chip, screen or software image, that is a development project rather than an OEM one; start with OEM / ODM coordination.
INNOVA is the name of the range. LYBAM GLOBAL does not manufacture the tablets and is not the brand owner; it is the China-side sourcing and project partner that coordinates configuration, sampling, packaging, inspection steps and shipping.
What is the INNOVA 10.95-inch platform, and which configuration should you choose?
The three core configurations share the same display, processor, battery and cameras. The choice is memory, storage and the cover item in the box.
| Configuration | RAM + storage | Cover item | Choose it when |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | 6GB + 128GB | Silicone cover, buyer's choice | One main app at a time: reading, video, web tools, note-taking with the stylus. |
| Professional | 8GB + 128GB | Silicone cover, buyer's choice | More working memory for switching between a learning platform, a browser and a note app. |
| Premium | 8GB + 256GB | Protective storage / carrying case | Large offline libraries on each device: course video, books, media. |
The shared specification, as published:
- Display: 10.95-inch FHD In-cell IPS touch panel, 1200 × 1920 (16:10), 90 Hz.
- Processor: Unisoc T620 octa-core (12 nm) with ARM Mali-G57 graphics.
- Operating system: Android 14 / 15, exact version confirmed at quotation.
- Connectivity: Wi-Fi only, with no SIM or cellular.
- Cameras: 5 MP front and 13 MP rear. Battery: 8000 mAh, 5V/2A charging.
- Metal housing and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
In the box: a stylus pen, wired 3.5 mm earphones, screen film, a 5V/2A charger with USB cable, and a gift box with user manual. The tablet category page lists every INNOVA model.
What can you customise on an INNOVA tablet?
| Option | What it is | Decide before quotation |
|---|---|---|
| Logo | Your logo laser-engraved on the metal housing | The logo file and its placement. Engraving is checked on the sample. |
| Gift box | A gift box printed to your design | The artwork and how the box is presented. A printed design is quoted per project. |
| Cover or case | A silicone cover of your choice on Essential and Professional; a storage case on Premium | The cover style and colour, and whether the cover or case should carry your branding too. |
These are the options published for the range. Anything beyond them, such as a different screen, a different battery or a customised software image, is not assumed here. It would be scoped as a separate request and confirmed in writing.
What about the rugged-style variants?
The range also includes three rugged-style configurations of a 10.95-inch FHD Wi-Fi tablet with a protective bumper housing, in 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. The manufacturer's render shows a brand panel on the rear for OEM branding; placement and method are confirmed at quotation.
What is and is not claimed
No IP, MIL-STD or drop-test rating is currently claimed for any rugged-style model, and the pictures are illustrative supplier renders. If your programme needs a specific rating, name the standard in your brief. Requirements are verified for the selected configuration before quotation.
Two further models are catalogue previews rather than configured products: a 10.1-inch rugged-style tablet and a kids tablet with a protective silicone case. Both are price on request, and their specification is confirmed in the quotation.
How does an OEM tablet project run?
- BriefSend the quantity, preferred configuration, destination market, branding files, packaging needs, Incoterm and delivery schedule.
- ConfigurationPick one of the three core configurations. State any Android version preference and ask for usable storage to be confirmed on the sample.
- BrandingSupply the logo for laser engraving and the artwork for the gift box, and decide whether the cover or case is branded.
- SampleA physical sample is approved before production. It covers logo placement, packaging artwork and the accessory set, and it should run the apps your programme will actually use.
- PackagingThe gift box, accessories and manual are packed to match the approved sample.
- InspectionInspection steps are agreed and coordinated before shipment. This is a project-based check, not a certified third-party audit.
- ShipmentLYBAM coordinates shipping under the Incoterm in your quotation. Freight, duties and taxes are not included unless the quotation says so.
What is confirmed at quotation, and what is not claimed?
- The exact Android version (14 or 15 on the published specification) and the usable storage on the sample.
- The branding method and placement.
- The minimum order quantity and the Incoterm, and whether freight, duties and taxes are included.
- The certificates available for your destination market. No certification is claimed on this page or on the INNOVA product pages.
- Whether Google Mobile Services are included. The published specification does not say, so ask for the answer in writing; the buyer's guide explains why it matters.
Public project reference prices exist for the six INNOVA configurations and appear on the product pages. They are per-unit reference prices, not a recommended retail price and not a final quotation. The final quotation depends on the confirmed configuration, quantity, branding, packaging, compliance requirements, Incoterm and destination.
Importing to Israel, the UK and the EU: which approvals should you plan for?
A Wi-Fi Android tablet is radio equipment with a lithium battery, so every destination asks for documents. In outline, as of 2026-10-16:
- EU: the Radio Equipment Directive (Directive 2014/53/EU) with CE marking and an EU declaration of conformity; the USB Type-C charging rule for tablets that has applied since 28 December 2024 (Directive (EU) 2022/2380); and, for slate tablets of 7 to 17.4 inches, the ecodesign and energy-label rules that have applied since 20 June 2025 (European Commission).
- UK: gov.uk guidance says CE marking continues to be accepted for radio equipment in Great Britain; confirm the current position on gov.uk.
- US: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth transmitters need FCC certification through a Telecommunication Certification Body before marketing (47 CFR 15.201).
- Israel: the Ministry of Communications says wireless equipment may be imported only if it meets the Wireless Telegraph (Conformity Approvals) Regulations 2021 (Ministry FAQ). Confirm the route for your tablet with the Ministry and your customs broker.
- Shipping: the lithium battery needs a UN 38.3 test summary available on request (IATA guidance).
The buyer's guide to OEM Android tablets explains each document and how to read it. This is not legal or customs advice. Rules change, so verify with the authority or a licensed customs broker.
Why run it as a managed project instead of ordering a marketplace listing?
A marketplace listing is quick when the specification on the page is all you need. A managed project starts slower and covers what a listing cannot:
- one written configuration that you can compare with the sample;
- a physical sample approved before production;
- your logo and box artwork checked on that sample;
- inspection steps agreed before shipment;
- one coordinator in Shenzhen for questions during the project.
It does not make a tablet cheaper or faster by itself, and LYBAM does not promise either. The quotation states the price and terms for your confirmed configuration.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put my own logo on the tablet?
Yes. A customer logo laser-engraved on the metal housing is a published OEM option. Send the logo file and the placement you want; engraving is checked on the sample before production.
Is there a 4G or SIM version?
No. The INNOVA 10.95-inch configurations are Wi-Fi only, with no SIM or cellular connectivity.
Which Android version does it run?
The published specification says Android 14 / 15. The exact version is confirmed at quotation, so state any preference in your brief.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It is not published. The minimum order quantity and the Incoterm are confirmed in the quotation for your configuration, branding and destination.
Do the tablets carry CE, FCC or other certifications?
No certification is claimed on this page. Tell LYBAM your destination market and the certificates available for it are confirmed in the quotation. See the buyer's guide for what to ask.
Are the prices on the product pages final?
No. They are public project reference prices per unit, not a recommended retail price. The final quotation is confirmed per project.
Is the rugged-style tablet waterproof or drop-tested?
No IP, MIL-STD or drop-test rating is currently claimed. If you need a specific rating, tell LYBAM the standard and it is verified for the selected configuration before quotation.
