- Design/engineering work is performed by the supplier, coordinated by LYBAM, not an in-house LYBAM design team

Coordinating customization, private-label and branded-manufacturing requirements with suppliers that support them, confirmed per product.
- You provide:
- Your customization or branding requirement
- LYBAM delivers:
- Confirmation of what a specific supplier can and can't do for that product, and at what MOQ
- Boundary:
- Capability is confirmed per product and per supplier — not assumed category-wide
Supplier & Factory Screening
Reviewing export capability, certification documentation and product photography before a supplier is recommended.
- You provide:
- The product or category you're evaluating suppliers for
- LYBAM delivers:
- A documented review of export history, certification documents on file, and photo authenticity
- Boundary:
- A documentation review, not a substitute for an in-person factory audit where one is warranted
Sampling & Customization Coordination
Coordinating sample requests and customization discussions between buyer and supplier.
- You provide:
- Your sample requirements and any customization requests
- LYBAM delivers:
- A coordinated sample request with the supplier, and your feedback relayed back to them
- Boundary:
- Sample cost and shipping terms are set by the supplier and confirmed per request
Production & Quality Coordination
Staying involved through manufacturing and following up on quality questions as they arise.

- Ongoing coordination through the production run, with quality questions followed up as they come up

- Not a substitute for a paid third-party inspection where the buyer wants one — LYBAM can help coordinate that separately
Packaging & Private Label Coordination
Coordinating packaging and private-label requirements with suppliers who support them.

- Your packaging/branding requirement and artwork if applicable
- LYBAM delivers:
- Confirmation of what packaging and private-label options the specific supplier supports
- Boundary:
- Artwork design itself is not a LYBAM service — packaging execution is coordinated with the supplier
International Trade & Shipment Coordination
Coordinating the trade and shipment side of a sourcing project, drawing on LYBAM's China-side presence.
- You provide:
- Your destination market and preferred shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.)
- LYBAM delivers:
- Shipment coordination with freight forwarders for delivery to your market
