OEM and ODM coordination with suppliers that can actually do it

Branding, packaging and product changes are not available from every supplier for every product. LYBAM asks the specific supplier, in the specific product, and tells you what is possible, at what minimum quantity, before you commit.

Who it is for

Brands and importers who want their own logo, packaging or a modified version of an existing product, and need that capability confirmed per product rather than assumed.

Where the boundary is

Capability is confirmed per product and per supplier. It is never assumed to apply to a whole category.

You provide
Your customization or branding requirement: logo, colours, packaging style, a changed feature, or a full custom specification.
LYBAM delivers
Written confirmation of what a given supplier can and cannot do for that product, and at what minimum quantity.
How it works

Four steps, no hidden stages.

1

Requirement

You describe the customization: for example a logo on the product, a printed gift box, or a changed colour.

2

Capability check

LYBAM asks the supplier whether it supports that change on that exact product.

3

Terms

The supplier's minimum quantity and conditions are confirmed and reported to you as stated.

4

Sample

Before production is confirmed, a sample is arranged so you can approve what will actually be made.

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM means a supplier makes a product to your specification and brand. ODM means the supplier's own design is adapted and sold under your brand. The guide on this site explains it with examples.

Do all products support a custom logo?

No. It depends on the product and the supplier. LYBAM confirms it for the product you ask about.

Can packaging be customized?

Often, but it is confirmed per product. Artwork design itself is not a LYBAM service; packaging execution is coordinated with the supplier.
